This is how it works
A penis pump works by creating a vacuum. The penis should be covered in lubricant and then inserted into the cylinder. The soft sleeve holds onto the root of the penis tightly. The pump then creates a powerful vacuum, which helps the blood flow into the erectile tissue making the penis hard. The pressure valve means that the pressure can be released at any time.
Tip: shave the area around your penis so that the pump doesn't pull out any of your hairs because this can be painful.

Penis pumps, aka vacuum pumps, used to be recommended by doctors to help with potency problems. However, penis pumps are no longer just used as a medical aid or as mechanical help for people with erection problems. They are now also being used as a sex toy e.g. during foreplay so that a man can get an erection quickly. With regular training, penis pumps can of course also be used to enlarge the penis (length/circumference) but that's not the only thing a penis pump has to offer. One of the best things to do with a penis pump is to use it as a masturbator because it can simulate oral sex. What's more, it feels extremely pleasurable when a vacuum is created and the blood flows into the erectile tissue. Foreplay tip: let your partner control the pump. To keep an erection as long as possible, we recommend wearing a cock ring or penis cuff because this prolongs the blood congestion effect. There are also creams that help with potency and penis extenders for people who prefer to use a penis pump as erotic training.
