The black mini dress from Noir is made entirely out of shiny matte powerwetlook. It is also soft and stretchy for maximum comfort. It has a skin-tight corset top part and a flared, swaying skirt part. It is also strapless but adjustable straps for a different style are also included. There is a zip at the front that goes right down to the skirt's waistband.
76% polyester, 24% spandex, polymer coating; lace 90% polyamide, 10% spandex.
